IMO dailies and weeklies should be a priority over implementing airdrops. The air drops system makes a lot of sense when you play online, it provide you with a opportunity to loot the equivalent amount of stuff in one shot as if you would have if you had looted the whole map. But offline you can maneuver the whole map with minimal contact with ...Same thing happened to me. I spawned in on shoreline as the plane was flying but hadn't dropped yet. I ran over to the airdrop and couldn't loot it. It was in a secluded area away from all PMC extracts with 10 minutes left in raid. I alt f4'd and then I was able to loot it.
