I wish i would have seen this sooner. I sorta scratched the polymer frame (oh well) using a tool to bring the take down lever down. I always expected that a new gun is rather stiff, but this was ABNOXIOUSLY stiff. And 1911 owners often use "bushing wrenches" to turn to bushing, especially on newer guns. Maybe Sig should manufacture a "P320 take-down lever wrench" that fits around the take-down lever of the P320, with the simplicity and low cost similar to the 1911 bushing wrench!

My solution was to lightly scuff the circumference (removing some Nitron finish) with a 3M Scotchpad, then lube it. I did not permanently remove or change the O-ring for a smaller OD size. Feb 25, 2023 · Hello all, The slide is stuck on the frame. I cannot get the slide back far enough to lock it and turn the take down pin from 3:00 to 6:00. The take down pin is fully inserted and in the correct position. I also cannot insert a magazine. It is a brand new M 18 X-Change kit on a X full frame... I had the FCU out just to get an idea of how it worked and somehow the trigger was pulled before I was putting the FCU module in the gun. After getting the FCU back in the hand grip module, I installed the slide and couldn't get the take-down lever in. I could not get the slide back off either.
