Recombobulating your armor gives it a rarity upgrade. Even in catacombs +10 health,+10 defense, and 5 strength won't be that big of a difference, even if you scale it w/ catacombs level. A leg wither skeleton, sa and spirit bow should be enough for f7 or mm1, IF you have decent magic power and skills. Personally, i use sup and it serves me well in basically everything.
