OP is looking for states with “easiest exam content” so I’m assuming all 39 UBE states are out. California and Wisconsin also seem to have been eliminated from contention. Louisiana is very peculiar and I’ve never heard it called “easy”. That only leaves 7 states: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada and Virginia.It is much more important and useful to do a few practice exams as it will allow you to understand and get used to the materials and the indices. Do a bunch of practice tests from those top practice test companies for at least 1-2 weeks prior to each exam. Do 1 or 2 untimed and at least 2-3 timed.

Barbri is good for various reasons. Mini-conviser review has everything you need. The MBE questions are useful in that they do test your knowledge and application. BUT do not be fooled as the real exam is worded somewhat differently. I would thus advise using Barmax, which includes 1,374 real past MBE questions.
