Again the red dot covers 3 inches at 100 yards and I was able to fire a group at that range which is around 3-4 inches. To me not bad for a red dot sight and according to my chronograph that load is producing 1700 fps.

If you use powder loads over 90 gr. a wad would help keep the heat off the shotcup. Most shotcups like sabots are made to withstand the heat/pressure of powder ignition. Try it both ways and go with the best accuracy/pattern results for your shotgun.
