I have been told that the stock compression ratio is 6.0:1 and that the factory compression spec is 100 psi. but would like to know for sure. I am in the process of swapping out the engine in a 91 Club Car. The KF 82 runs counterclockwise, the FE290 clockwise. Bought the engine on ebay. Lots of money in the cart, lift, tires, paint, etc. Do I sell the FE290 and rebuild the old KF82 or get a new rear end. Also need an airbox for the FE290.
