Heck even in hellhades recent review of occult brawler, he called occult best poisoner without counter attack and frozen banshee the best with counter. But to be able to poison with her you must first apply her A3, poison sensitivity. when have that, your A1 will apply two poison, if not, then no poison at all. So you need her to be fast, and at least hit a1 twice every time poison sensitivity is on, so you get four ...
