Ark difficulty offset
I don't think Difficulty Offset matters here. OverrideOfficialDifficulty=5.000000 will get you level 150 dinos on the island. Remember to use the kill wild dinos command so the 150s can spawn in. The difficulty setting is actually "Difficulty Offset" and that's a number between 0.01 and 1.0. Difficulty Offset is a multiplier for difficulty that can only be used to decrease it. The maximum difficulty is 5.0 (corresponding to wild dinos max 150), or 4.0 on Island/SE if you do not have the "Max Difficulty" box checked.

It contained far fewer lines than the normal game user settings file. I noticed it still had a category marked as 'Server Settings' only this one was missing both a difficulty offset and override official difficulty option. I use difficulty override of 10 and get level 300 dinos as expected, on ragnarok. The direbears in the cave are already on a different difficulty multiplier. I've seen them at around 300, on a base 150 server. Probably uses the selected server difficulty as a value, which is then multiplied by 5 or something.A bit late, but you can find it in ASM under the Rules section, check Enable Difficulty Override, then you have both sliders active to change. just in the nick of time!
