I cleaned the corruption near the house, before that it said "this house is corrupted", thats hallowed ice That is it, if you don't break any alters all you need to do is contain the large biomes your world spawns originally and at hard mode. If the biome doesn't extend to hell you can stop at its bottom and place 1 layer of non corrupt-able blocks to stop vines from spawning.
