Ted: I had to reset ours once and did the following: 1. Remove the screws to the pad that operates the jacks and pull the plate out slightly. 2. There should be 1-2 wires that plug into the back of the plate. Unplug both for 1-2 minutes, then plug back in. This reportedly resets the small chip on the plate back. The Kwikee system has a reed switch on the top of each jack. If it is bad it will also cause the "jacks down" alarm to sound. On the back of the Kwikee control board there is a 4 pin plug.
