Almost a year ago I called Optimum about general lack of quality from the cable channels. We have a 4k TV and the highest premium TV package. But we kept getting pixelation, sound cutting in and out, slow internet speeds at times, errors loading the guide and info screens, and on and on.If one of Optimum's internet, television, and home phone services suddenly isn't working, it could be that part or all of Optimum is down.
