Just wondering what thrall is needed to craft the above weapons? I've got a Level 4 Nord Blacksmith but he can only do exceptional hardened steel weapons. I have learned the star metal skills and have tried many lev 3 thralls like the wiki says.. non enable exceptional star metal items to be built and as I said the level 4 thrall doesn't either.
