Too many folks wander in here, confused on how to build the console, w/o having the MoonPool yet. By this point, if you've yet to find the fragments and databox for these two things, it's now time to purposely search them out. The safest place to find Moonpool fragments is in Mushroom Forests. There are two different ones on the northern half of the map, recognizable by their giant mushroom trees. Build a Cyclops, craft a rebreather, and you're good to go. Don't worry about exceeding safe depth, just stay 1 metre above crush depth and you'll be fine. Moonpool fragments aren't that deep anyway (about 250-300 metres) , it's the nuclear reactor fragments in the Grand Reef that're hidden below.
