Stuck out of state for 4 WEEKS now with truck at the dealer causing loss of jobs, can’t get home, no vehicle. Every time the dealer tries to fix one thing, they break something else and have to order more parts. Replacing the turbo. Help!! Electronic Throttle Control Problem. A few months ago my truck lost about 50% power and a red lightningbolt flashing with the following message: "SERVICE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL" on the screen. When I stopped and turned the engine off and restarted it the message was gon but the CEL was on and the lightning bolt was still flashing.
